A system and a method for providing a free Internet cafe service by using CPA AD fee are provided to enable a customer of an Internet cafe to pay an Internet cafe charge with accumulated points by enabling the customer to receive and accumulate the points from a homepage of an advertiser visited through CPA AD. A CPA AD displaying system exchanges the CPA AD fee into the points and applies the points to the customer(101) visiting the homepage(104) of the advertiser. A free Internet cafe service system enables the customer to pay the Internet cafe charge with the accumulated points. A point management server(100) automatically settles and pays the points as cash when the Internet cafe(102) requests exchange of the accumulated points.
