A gum punching device is provided to punch a user's gum and to perform center marking with one process in the process of forming a basic hole to plant an implant, and simplify the process. The gum punching device includes a body(11) and a marking member(14). The body(11) has a hollow portion that is open in a lower direction. On the lower end portion of the body(11), a knife is formed. A marking member(14) is formed on one inner side of the body(11). The marking member(14) marks the center for drilling work in an alveoulus when the body(11) cuts the gum. On the upper part of the body(11), a hitting portion(15) is installed to provide hitting when punching the gum. A handle portion is formed on the upper part of the body(11).
