A composition for Zn-Ni alloy electroplating capable of forming a uniform electrodeposition layer, exhibiting excellent plating adhesion property and minimizing the generation of hydrogen that is a side reaction, a method of manufacturing a Zn-Ni alloy electroplated steel sheet using the composition, and the Zn-Ni alloy electroplated steel sheet manufactured by the method are provided. A composition for Zn-Ni alloy electroplating comprises: a Zn ion; a Ni ion; a chlorine ion; and additives including saccharine, citrate, uric acid and sulfonic acid salt, wherein the Ni ion is contained in the composition in a concentration ratio(Ni^2+/(Zn^2+ + Ni^2+)) of 0.11 to 0.15. The composition for Zn-Ni alloy electroplating comprises metal ions(Zn^2+ + Ni^2+) of Zn and Ni in a concentration of 70 to 140 g/L. The composition for Zn-Ni alloy electroplating comprises the chlorine ion in a concentration of 220 to 340 g/L. The composition for Zn-Ni alloy electroplating enables the concentration of the chlorine ion to be adjusted by a chlorine ion concentration control agent comprising one or more selected from the group consisting of potassium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium chloride and ammonium chloride. The composition for Zn-Ni alloy electroplating comprises the additives in an amount of 0.1 to 4 ml/L.
