A method for identifying a target protein of AfsR2 is provided to be used for finding out biosynthesis mechanism of antibiotics and effectively use the identified gene for establishing an antibiotics highly productive strain. The method comprises the steps of: (a) respectively extracting a protein of a wild-type S. lividans strain and an S. lividans variant where AfsR2 gene is over-expressed; (b) respectively performing a 2D-gel electrophoresis on the protein; (c) comparing spots showing the strength difference based on the 2D-gel electrophoresis; and (d) performing MALDI-TOF analysis on the spots showing the difference to identify expression changed gene.
