A method and a system for buying labor force through the network are provided to enable a labor force seller to offer the labor force according to a schedule by offering the schedule, and increase business achievement and mutual reliability by changing a certification number before/after business. A receiver receives seller information including a schedule table from the seller and receives buyer information from the buyer. A purchase price processor processes a labor force purchase expense of the buyer by receiving purchase request information for the seller from the buyer. A transmitter transmits the first/second authentication number and the seller information to the buyer. The first transmitter receives the first authentication number from the buyer or the seller, and checks and transmits match/approval for the first authentication number to the buyer and the seller. The second transmitter receives the second authentication number from the buyer or the seller after the business, and checks and transmits the match/approval for the second authentication number to the buyer and the seller.
