A circularly polarized wave microstrip patch antenna and an antenna array structure by employing the same are provided to extend bandwidth and gain and to reduce distortion of a circularly polarized wave by making a length and a width of the first straight line slot different from those of the last forth straight line slot. In a circularly polarized wave microstrip patch antenna, a ground plane with the first straight line slot(31) is crossed over the last forth straight line slot(34) with a space. A radial board(120) is attached on the ground plane with a radial patch(22) in the middle. A feed board is attached under the ground plane with the single feeding line(43) bent by multistage from the feed drawing end to be crossed at right angles over each straight slots making four joints. Four straight line slots(31-34) have a different length and a different width to compensate a voltage drop according to a distance of the single feeding line(43) from the feed drawing end.
