A method for efficiently receiving force of wave and producing large volume of electrical energy is provided to rotate a generator by floating a plurality of large-sized wave plates on sea or lake and receiving force of wave through thee wave plates. A ship(11) is arranged to float on sea or lake, and fixed under the sea through a string(12). A generator pole(9) is fixed on the ship, and a generator(8) and a generator rotation gear(7) are arranged. A wave plate(5) is connected to a rotation gear(3) connected to a rotation shaft(4) through a belt(6). When the wave plate is pushed by wave(10) in a wave direction(13), the wave plate moves in a wave plate moving direction, and floats on the surface of sea and enters a wave plate cover(2). The wave plate rotates in one direction, and enters sea. The wave plate cover blocks resistance of wind during rotation of the wave plate. The wave plate including a first plate and a second plate, and is connected to the rotation shaft by the angle of 90 degrees so that the second plate enters sea when the first plate floats on the surface of sea, to thereby rotate the rotation shaft.
