A disc brake for a vehicle, particularly a goods-carrying vehicle, comprises a tensioning device (3), which is mounted in a brake caliper (2) and with which, during braking, a brake pad (11) can be pressed against a brake disc (1) by at least one or two adjusting spindles that are arranged in a bridge (7) while being parallel to one another and interspaced. The tensioning device (3) has an antifriction roller (6), which rests against a pivotal lever (10) of the tensioning device (3), said lever being provided in the form of an eccentric (4), in a supporting area with pivot bearings (8) of the brake caliper (2). The inventive disc brake is designed in such a manner that at least one securing means is fastened to the tensioning device (3) in the area of the antifriction roller (6) whereby engaging in the bridge (7) in a positive manner.
