A rebuilding method for urban road system for vehicle, may be used for rebuilding the existing road system based on the ground road, i.e. rebuilding gradually all crossroads for vehicle into non conflicting point crossroads (separate-type interchanges are preferred), thereby changing the conventional urban road network composed of expressway, arterial road, secondary road and branch road into a road network composed of full expressways, and thus forming an urban road system for vehicle without conflicting point.
