A wall panel for use in buildings in which an outward-facing slab is combinedwith twincold-formed steel channels on the inward face. Structural strength of thepanels is achieved bythe composite action of the concrete and steel. Connection of the panels tothe foundation andframe of the building is made by structural bolts. In industrial buildings thewalls span full heightfrom foundation wall to roof without girls. A partial height second slab maybe used on theinterior face to serve as a damage resistant dado. Panels with full-lengthconcrete slabs on bothfaces may be used as free-standing barriers to resist blast, invasion andsound.
