Method for the production of binder-bound mineral wool products, in whichmineral fibres are deposited on a production surface (13) to form a mineralwool web(12) and are compacted, and their relative positions are reoriented bymechanicalaction, for which purpose the web is guided on its large faces and at the sametimeforces are introduced into the web in parallel with the large faces, theforces beingintroduced in introduction regions which are located next to one anothertransverselyto the running direction in zones and in the running direction in longitudinalzones.The introduction regions of adjacent longitudinal zones being arranged to beoffsetrelative to one another, after which the binder is cured. The introductionregions aredesigned to be elongated in the running direction (14) of the mineral wool web(12),and the introduction regions of longitudinal zones located next to one anotherformoverlap regions (27; 127).
