Beverage dispenser (10) comprising: - a housing (12) with a refrigerated compartment (18) for containing refrigerated storage container (22) of a liquid based on dairy products (20) inside it and - an emulsification unit based on venturi (40) to emulsify liquid based on dairy products (20) with other fluids and to dispense an emulsified mixture of fluids (86) into a beverage container (87), which is coupled to a container (22) in the refrigerated compartment (18), characterized in that the refrigerated compartment (18) is located above the emulsification unit (40) and that the dispenser (10) also comprises an electrically activated milk-based liquid flow control valve ( 25) located between the refrigerated compartment (18) and the emulsification unit (40), whereby the activation of the flow control valve (25) allows the gravitational flow of the liquid based on p milk products (20) in a substantially vertical and straight way down outside the storage container (22) and directly into the emulsification unit (40).
