Dispatching machine for tubes used in clinical analysis has tilting comb structure of arms to remove corks from test tubes on probe holder and tilted barrier that allows passage of probe holder to isolate tubes to loading and unloading zone
The machine has a large bench on which a trolley for moving a probe holder is arranged. Closed test tubes with corks are arranged on the probe holder. A tilting comb structure of arms are arranged between the tubes, such that the tilting motion of the comb structure of arms loosens the corks and makes the corks drop towards a collecting tray. A tilted barrier allows the passage of the probe holder towards the comb structure to isolate the uncorked test tubes towards the loading and unloading zone of the probe holder. A protective cover is manually driven to tilt and cover the open portion of the machine. The probe holder can be removed for cleaning and maintenance.
