The solvent removing device comprises a membrane filter unit (2) having a solution feed (8), a solvent outlet and a concentrate exit (5) for a concentrate produced from solution (6). A unit (7) for generating a rotating or swirling flow in the solution is arranged upstream of the solution feed and is a cyclone or a potential swirl tube. A suction device for air or oxygen is arranged on the unit for generating the rotating or swirling flow. The membrane filter unit is a distributor device that subdivides the solution flow into a main flow and a sub-flow. The solvent removing device comprises a membrane filter unit (2) having a solution feed (8), a solvent outlet and a concentrate exit (5) for a concentrate produced from solution (6). A unit (7) for generating a rotating or swirling flow in the solution is arranged upstream of the solution feed and is a cyclone or a potential swirl tube. A suction device for air or oxygen is arranged on the unit for generating the rotating or swirling flow. The membrane filter unit is a distributor device that subdivides the solution flow into a main flow and a sub-flow. A further distribution device is arranged over which the sub-flow is again united with the main flow before entering into the membrane filter unit. A magnet and a laser are arranged before the membrane filter unit on and/or in the unit for generating the rotating or swirling flow. The laser comprises a pulse generator that produces laser pulses. A cooling device is arranged below the membrane filter unit in a reservoir for the solution. Below the membrane filter unit, a unit for the supply of mineral materials and/or vitamins and a unit for the supply of carbon dioxide are arranged. The unit for the supply of carbon dioxide is combined with the unit for the supply of mineral materials and/or vitamins. A solar cell for current extraction is formed as a container component. An independent claim is included for a method for partial removal of a solvent from a solution.
