A method of prophylaxis and treatment of postoperative wounds purulent complications in the patients operated on account of tuberculosis and nonspecific lung and pleura diseases that provides the antibiotics, antimicobacterial preparations introduction in a postoperative period and an aseptic treatment of the postoperative wounds conducting. In a postoperative period after an aseptic treatment of postoperative wounds a panthenol aerosol is sprayed daily on a wound during 10-15 days.
