The method for the dissection of the mesoappendix in course of appendectomy due to the acute appendicitis comprises the laparotomy, the insertion of the appendix with the mesoappendix into the surgical wound, the shaping of the fenestra in the mesoappendix, the hemostasis of the mesoappendix, the ligation of the base of appendix with catgut, the dissection of the appendix, the sewing of the stump in the wall of cecum by purse-string and Z-shaped sutures. Into the fenestra cut in the mesoappendix near the base, one branch of the clamp of the apparatus for the biological welding of the tissues ("High frequency electric coagulator EK-300M1") is inserted in such a way that the tissue of the mesoappendix being caught between the branches of the welding clamp. Then the mesoappendix is subjected to the welding pulse for 8-12 seconds, the clamp is removed, and the mesoappendix is dissected over the line of welding suture.
