The invention relates to a complex marine facility for protecting harbour roadsteads and other specifically equipped areas for intervention, rescue and harbour activities. According to the invention, the complex marine facility is a metal construction made of floating hollow parts which can be made within the shipbuilding yards, are water transportable, and can be launched and ballasted by filling some cylindrical parts with rocks from the marine soil in which it is embedded by means of some supports (A) on which there are some beam sections (B) and some supports (E) on which some rotative gates (D) are placed, said rotative gates being connected by some connecting tubes (F1, F2, F3) which are centered on some tubes (12) and on a radial-axial bearing (14), respectively, said beam sections (B) and said rotative gates (D) having at their upper part a track (9) separated by some banisters (10) into a central lane (a), for the circulation of truck cranes provided with some intervention arms (H), two intermediate lanes (b) for the circulation of motor vehicles in both directions, and two lateral lanes (c) meant for pedestrians. On the side parts of the beam sections (B) and rotative gates (D), at the water level, there are provided here and there some access ports (f) wherethrough the access to the inside part of a framework (7) towards some work spaces (d1 and d2) is allowed. In the embodiment meant for the full protection of the shore coast, there are employed some asymmetrical beam sections (B') with some sides (I, J) towards the water, having continuous cross-section of the beam sections (B'), wherein some additional ports (g) can be obtained.
