The circulatory system prevents legionella formation in existing water systems, so that no sufferers with terminal illness fall ill and eradicates relevant bacteria in drinking water. Where water is not used in parts of a building and during Summer days legionella bacteria can form at temperatures between 25 and 55 degrees Celsius. The circulatory system in normal conditions provides a water speed of 95 meters per mintue, in a condition which is cold and fresh. Where a property is vacant for a long period or has spare rooms which are not used, a basic temperature of 20 degrees can be upheld with constant circulation in the water conduit system. To illustrate those parts of a building and equipment involved, the following are listed:- (1) toilet (2) kitchen (3) cellar (4) outside tap (5) shower (6) bedroom (7) spare room (8) circulation pump.
