: The invention provides a fastener tape supply unit capable of continuously obtaining a high quality stringer by automatically adjusting a tension of a fastener tape at an engaging element attaching portion within a predetermined tension range for a long term, the fastener tape supply unit being applied to a continuous manufacturing apparatus for a fastener stringer which attaches individual engaging elements obtained from a metallic linear material to a fastener tape supplied intermittently.
