Method and device for generating a three- dimensional image data record of a moving objeCt using X-ray topography A precise and comparatively simple method for generating a three- dimentional image data record (E, B1) of a moving object (2) using x-ray tomography and a device (1) that is particu- larly suitable for implementing the method (1) with an x- ray emitter/ detector unit (4, 5) supported such that it can be ro- lated and with an evaluation unit (16) are specified . accord- ing to the invention a number of two-dimensional raw images (R1) are grouped according to a cyclical relatives time (t '), at least two preliminary 3D image data records (vj) respectively are generated from raw images (R1) that correspond to one an- other according to this grouping, at least one movement matrix (B1k) is derived by comparing two preliminary 3D image data re- cords (v1) used as the source data record (V1) and the target data record (Vk) respectively, a 3D image data record with com- pensation for movement (vkn) corresponding to a reference time (T1) of the source data record (V1) is generated by applying the or each movement matrix (B1k) to the associated target data record (V,) and the or each 3D image data record with compensa- tion for movement (Vx) is added to at least one furthur 3D im- age data record with compensation for movement (Vku) OR to an other preliminary 3D - image data record (V1) corresponding to the same reference time (T1).
