The method involves growing plant parts of Miscanthus and inoculating pretreated nitrogen fixing bacteria into plant parts for pretreatment of the plant parts, where the inoculation causes symbiosis between the bacteria and the plant parts. The symbiosis is incubed, and the plant parts are co-cultivated in vitro for 12 hours such that the plant is regenerated.
