"The composition of ink heatset offset in a network; the method to increase the drying or adjustment speed of a composition of heatset ink in offset rotary press and method for increasing the valiDade of the stability of a composition of ink in offset rotary press (heatset web offset).The composition of the heatset offset ink network containing an aqueous polymer latex is revealed dispersed in a base paint which comprises: a resin paint, a non-volatile plasticizer, and a pigment.Where the said polymer latex has functional groups to amine and the paint has fewer than 2 percent by weight of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
