"CELL, VECTOR, PAPA METHOD TO PRODUCE GAMACARBOXILE PROTEIN, ISOLATED GAMMA-CARBOXILED PROTEIN, USE OF THE SAME, METHOD TO PRODUCE A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR FARMACOUS CARDOX PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION PRODUCE HUMAN CARBONXY HUMAN PROTROMBINE, USE OF ISOLATED PROTROMBINE, AND METHOD FOR PROMOTING INCREASED OR MINIMUM COAGULATION IN AN INDIVIDUAL ". The present invention relates to methods and tools for producing large amounts of gamma carboxylated protein comprising: (i) culturing a cell adapted to express a protein that requires gamma carboxylation and sym glutamyl carboxylase in a ratio of at least 10: 1 under conditions suitable for the expression of both proteins; and (ii) isolating the gamma carboxylated protein.
