Special pre-paid cards (10) of solid-state type, such as subscription identification modules for telephonic use and possible pre-paid upload-ring up code cards (20) and/or barcode parking cards are pre-pritned with at least one group photograph, such as international, national or club footballers, television 'soap' casts, tennis celebrities, basketball players, formula one drivers, baseball players, film actors, politicians, animals, plants, etc., or cartoon figures (12), symbols, caractures, logos, etc. At least one lottery-type scratch-strip (22) is printed which releases information, such as messages, series of symbols, barcodes etc., concerning the winning (25,26) of one or more extra services, bonuses, prizes or gifts, e.g. extra phone calls, extra bonuses, free access to an event, free collection album, free travel, free rides, free meal, free drink, extra mileage, free compact disk, free download from MP3, free fifty small message services, free fifty mobile station messages, free streaming video, free ringtones, extra upload code card (26), free bingo participation, free food conserve, free extra subscription identification module card or duo-card, free data card, internet access, free mobile telephone, reduction or another purcahse, participation in savings share, free flash memory card, free money prize, participation in tombola, fere one 0900 number connection, reduction in digital versatile disk hire price, reduction in car-hire tariff, etc. The possibility is offered as a foreigner to have access to national 0800 and/or 0900 numbers in another country than that from which a call is made. It is also possible for any of the foregoing to be available in combination.
