This Invention describes a Waterproof Cement mortar and concrete, which comprises respectively Cement Clinker and gypsum, Cement and Sand, Cement, Sand, Gravel and Water, all previous characterized by understanding a synergistically effective amount of a Composition of actors Repellent and Water reducers,Which can be incorporated during the production process of the Cement. The present Invention also relates to a method for Manufacturing a Waterproof Cement Mortar or concrete with the characteristics mentioned. Finally it describes a synergistic composition for imparting a high Waterproofing Products made with cement Mortar or concrete.
