PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operating work or the like for crime prevention performed at closing of service station and to smoothly perform operating activities or the like at opening of the gas station.;SOLUTION: In order to prevent intrusion of a vehicle into a site 1 at closing of the gas station, a guard device 11 is provided at a position of water discharge grooves 7, 8 provided along a border of the site 1. The guard device 11 is constituted by two fixing struts 12, 13 provided along the water discharge grooves 7, 8 of the gas station with a gap each other; an intermediate standable/fallable movable strut 31 positioned between the fixing struts 12, 13; and a guard rope 39 lifted in a vertical direction between the fixing struts 12, 13 and the movable strut 31. Then, the movable strut 31 is inclined to the standing position and the falling position in response to tension given to the guard rope 39 and the movable strut 31 and the guard rope 39 are stored in the water discharge grooves 7, 8 at the falling position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
