PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random number sequence sharing system or the like utilizing a radio star.;SOLUTION: Of a random number sequence sharing device 101: a receiving section 102 receives, at prescribed observation time, a radio signal including electric waves emitted from a prescribed radio star; a transmitting section 103 transmits the received radio signal to another random number sequence sharing device 101; an accepting section 104 accepts the radio signal transmitted from another random number sequence sharing device 101; an analyzing section 105 analyzes a plurality of independent components of the two radio signals; a selecting section 106 selects two independent components deviating from each other by the difference in arrival time from the radio star to the two random number sequence sharing devices 101; a sampling section 107 eliminates the time difference between the selected two independent components and performs bit sampling of the average of the two independent components; and an output section 108 outputs the bit sample sequence as a shared random number sequence.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
