PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight dental clinical and technical tool allowing an efficient use of a thermoplastic dental material, such as paraffin wax, with a syringe, securing a heat retaining property in using the syringe and having high operability in a simple constitution.;SOLUTION: This dental clinical and technical tool is constituted of the syringe 6 composed of an expressing cylinder body 9 of heat-resistant synthetic resin material and a piston 10 inserted therein; and a metal stand 7 formed into a case shape so as to cover the cylinder body 9 of the syringe 6 and having high heat conductivity.
