PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit use of a portable telephone appropriately in a public place, or the like, while ensuring certainty and versatility of the content of use limitation of the portable telephone.;SOLUTION: A use limitation area 200 as a new space, is provided in a normal area 300. A directivity antenna 201 is installed in each use limitation area 200 so that a portable telephone 10 existing in the use limitation area 200 can be detected. A management terminal 202 of the use limitation area 200 limits use of the portable telephone 10 brought into the use limitation area 200 through the directivity antenna 201 and releases use limitation of the portable telephone 10 brought to the outside of the use limitation area 200. A management center 100 manages positional information of the portable telephone 10 in each use limitation area 200 being notified from the management terminal 202 and informs communication disabled state to a telephone calling to a portable telephone in the use limitation area 200.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
