PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call connection management system capable of performing call connection through a route desired by a manager and reducing trouble during a call in a service of call connection between mobile phone terminals moving from the inside of the premises to the outside thereof and from the outside to the inside.;SOLUTION: In accordance with the combination of a range wherein a call arrival side mobile phone terminal 4a is located and a range wherein a call origination side mobile phone terminal 4b is located, a connection destination number is determined from connection destination number specification information (the inside of the premises or the outside thereof) recorded in a connection destination number specification table of a database in response to setting by a manager, and this determined number is transmitted to the call origination side mobile phone terminal 4b.
