(57) Abstract Manner and the device which lighten the communication interference between the satellite communications systems of the raceway where it differs are disclosed. This manner evaluates the geographical relation with 2nd terrestial station and the satellite, in the 2nd satellite group this follows to the relation of the geography which is evaluated and includes the step which leads the communication with that 2nd terrestial station and the 2nd satellite. In 1 execution configurations, when the 1st satellite becoming not to be the visible satellite of maximum elevation already, communication hand over is done in another satellite from the 1st satellite. In another execution configuration, the 1st satellite when it falls under, hand over is done from the smallest angle of elevation.
