PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting various type DoS attack and a regulating method for guarding against the invasion of the DoS attack packets into CA and for preventing a memory leak in CA.;SOLUTION: Within a CA 10, three counters are arranged, i.e., a DoS counter for detecting the DoS attack from a single attack source, a DoS counter for detecting the DoS attack from a plurality of the attack sources, and an unauthorized signal counter for detecting the DoS attack by the unauthorized signal whose format and parameter are abnormal. Thereby, the various type of the DoS attack can be tackled. Further, when the DoS attack is detected, the DoS attack is processed by locked-out in the CA 10 and besides information on an IP address of the attack source is informed to subscriber routers 31, 32, 33 that stores the attack source to perform filtering regulation by the subscriber routers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
