PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server, etc., which can speedily find an illegal log-in to an account in such a case as to an Internet bank wherein a plurality of terminal devices can be set for one account. SOLUTION: A user is able to set a plurality of terminal devices for one account. For each terminal device, a discrimination file for discriminating it from other terminal devices set for the same account is stored. It is read in the terminal device by a server by using a cookie, etc. When the user logs in from the terminal device, the server reads the discrimination file written in the terminal device to specify the terminal device and stores it together with the log-in data and time. When the user logs in, the server can presents the data and time of the last log-in and the terminal device which is used by the user by using the stored information.
