The method involves determining harmonics value from noise signal spectrum of rotor blade. An average and minimum blade vortex interference index value is determined from harmonics value and a closed loop controller. Flight state identification data is passed to threshold (3) and closed loop controllers (4). Actuating signal is generated to control the aerodynamic parameter of rotor blade by signal processor (1). An Independent claim is also included for a device for avoiding a collision of a rotating rotor blade of rotary-wing aircraft with blade vortex.
