PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance service capable of supplying parts promptly upon failures even if a buying side continues using products after selling-side-recommended replacement months.;SOLUTION: A management server 100 installed on a selling side comprises a customer information database 102, a test program database 103, an error code database 104, an operating month database 105 storing the numbers of failures of parts causing failures by operation periods to failures, a measure database 106 storing data on measures depending on changes in the number of failures in a certain period, and a failure count management part 107. The failure count management part 107 continuously monitors the operating month database 105 to automatically execute measures stored in the measure database 106 according to changes in the numbers of failures. Preventive maintenance can be proposed to the buying side at appropriate timings, and members necessary for maintenance services can be ensured in advance at the selling side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
