PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly provide emergency medical support for the care of numerous disaster victims by physicians, etc., by devising the way in which electronic medical charts for numerous victims in a disaster area are created. PSOLUTION: A medical assistant operates the keyboard or mouse of a terminal 400 to input each disaster victim's specific items, the condition of each disaster victim as diagnosed by a physician based on blood pressure, body temperature and pulse rate measured respectively by a sphygmomanometer 300a, a thermometer 300b, and a pulse rate meter 300c, and the details of treatment on each victim by the physician to a CPU 404. The CPU 404 inputs each victim's specific items, condition and the details of treatment by the physician, input by operation of the keyboard or mouse, to an electronic medical chart for output to an LCD 400c via a drive circuit 400b. The LCD 400c displays the electronic medical chart, and when the physician confirms that the content of the electronic medical chart is correct, this confirmation is input by operation of the keyboard or mouse to determine the content of the electronic medical chart.
