PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively carry out comprehensive performance evaluation in the short period under a plurality of operating conditions of test objects, especially an internal combustion engine, based upon the experimental planning method. SOLUTION: The computer readable recording medium is provided with a statistical analysis means 41 providing statistical analysis processes to test result data obtained by conducting a test based upon the experimental planning method to a plurality of test conditions of test objects respectively, an estimation equation generation means 42 acquiring an estimation equation to respective test conditions of test objects based upon statistical analysis results obtained in respective test conditions by the statistical analysis means 41 and optimization computing means 43 performing the optimization computing to acquire a combination of optimization test parameter satisfying intended characteristics under a plurality of test conditions based upon a plurality of estimated values acquired from estimation equations in respective test conditions obtained by the estimation equation generation means 42.
