PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internet FAX equipment which is connected to a LAN, which switches a system to an internet FAX mode that does not require communication cost and transmits data, at the has been transmitting of data to the same destination after an internet address has been received. SOLUTION: This internet facsimile equipment of a transmission side loads the telephone number of a self-machine, an internet facsimile function and an internet address on a TSI signal and a NSS signal in the standard protocol of G3 facsimile communication to transmit them (S76-S79). The internet facsimile equipment of a reception side detects the telephone number of an opposite side machine, the internet facsimile function and the internet address, which are loaded on the TSI signal and the NSS signal, registers them as destination data and executes communication by using the internet address of the destination data, at the subsequent transmitting to the opposite side machine.
