PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the start of a vehicle which is caused by a driver who believes an area in the advancing direction is safe though the area includes a dangerous zone. PSOLUTION: When a vehicle starts forwardly or backwardly, the present position and the position of a dangerous zone are specified (S2), the direction information indicating the direction of the vehicle is acquired (S3), and the direction of the dangerous zone in the advancing direction of the vehicle is operated.
