PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can visualize the flow of molten metal using the molten metal to be actually used upon casting, and, by the technique, to attain the grasp of the behavior of molten metal, and the examination of a packing method for molten metal, influence on a product shape or the like, and to improve the quality of a cast product.;SOLUTION: The device for analyzing behavior of molten metal is provided with: a die 21; an X-ray outputting apparatus 22 for outputting X-rays; an X-ray detecting apparatus 23 installed on the side opposite to the X-ray outputting apparatus 22 with the die 21 sandwiched and detecting X-rays output from the X-ray outputting apparatus 22; and a photographing apparatus 24 for continuously photographing X-rays detected by the X-ray detecting apparatus 23.
