The voltaged controlled oscillator (VCO) it has the phase synchronous loop which voltage source and the output which supply control voltage to the core section connect to the input of the aforementioned voltage source and the amplifier circuit and tank which possesses the non noise bias of each varactor circuit which possesses non noise bias, it is located between the VCO core section and the aforementioned voltage source and the aforementioned VCO core section which output connects to the input of the aforementioned phase synchronous loop the attenuator which decreases the phase noise to the aforementioned VCO core section from the aforementioned voltage source and, it is low phase which is possessed noise VCO.
