PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an educational guidance system which provides users with advices suited to each user in the phase of a learning method based on answers to their questions or problems, an educational guidance method, and a program thereof.;SOLUTION: A user terminal 11 transmits individual information of members and answer information indicating input answers to a customer management information DB 12. The customer management information DB 12 generates member information by using the member numbers received from the user terminal 11 together with the answer information and the member registration identification information corresponding to the received member number. Upon receipt of the correct answer rate information and the member information from the customer management information DB 12, a learning advice terminal 13 creates the advices for the learning method as a result of the test for the members based on the received correct answer rate information and member information (the information on the member's age, sex and others, such as the learning method) and advice information indicating the books for learning to be recommended to the users.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
