Interaction between the particles of the type where two inside the fluid flow that differs the turbulent eddy (1 and 2) by occurring inside the fluid flow, is made to promote. After this invention the particulate being formed by bigger particle than that by cohesion, it is applied to the pollution control air it is designed in such a way that it is removed.
