PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreader capable of installing an ultraviolet ray irradiation means in a urinal, a closet, a bath-tub and a bath-room without changing constitutions of the urinal, the closet, the bath-tub and the bath-room themselves, the urinal, the closet , the bath-tub and the bath-room equipped with the spreaders.;SOLUTION: The spreader 10 includes a water injection port 12a opened downward, a spreader body 12 placed on the front side of a bowl surface 3, a pipe 14 connected to the body 12 and extended backward and an attachment 16 fixed to the rear end of the pipe 14. A UV permeable window 16b is provided on the extended line in the direction of the pipe axis of the pipe 14 of the attachment 16, and a UVLED 20 as an ultraviolet ray light source is installed outside the UV permeable window 16b. When the UVLED 20 turns on light, the ultraviolet ray permeates the UV permeable window 16b to be incident on the inside of the spreader 10, reflected on a reflecting plate 22, and injected toward the bowl surface 3 from the water injection port 12a. The bowl surface 3 is thereby sterilized by the ultraviolet rays. A photocatalyst can be provided to the bowl surface 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
