PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information support system for visually handicapped person, giving voice information communicating function using infrared rays to a guiding block and a white walking stick, making the white walking stick without a power supply, and achieving suitable voice support according to a plurality of advancing directions.;SOLUTION: In this system, the block 1 is provided with an infrared LED group for emitting infrared rays IR modulated based upon the voice information in two or more directions A, B, C, D, the white walking stick 2 is provided with a solar battery 20 for receiving the infrared rays IR emitted from the infrared LED group and converting the same to an electric signal and an earphone 21 for outputting voice according to the electric signal from the solar battery 20, and the infrared rays IR modulated based upon the voice information corresponding to the emitting direction are emitted by each emitting direction A, B, C, D of the infrared rays IR.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
