PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow analyzing device which can acquire a blood vessel wall shear stress and the pressure by performing an in vivo blood flow dynamic analysis, and to provide a blood flow simulation method and a program. PSOLUTION: This blood flow analyzing device has a data input section 10, a data analysis section 20, and a display section 50. In this case, in the data input section 10, Homo sapiens blood flow data having four-dimensional velocity three component vector information consisting of a three-dimensional space and time is inputted. The data analysis section 20 acquires the four-dimensional velocity three component vector information from the data which is inputted, and calculates the blood vessel wall shear stress and the pressure based on the four-dimensional velocity three component vector information. The display section 50 displays the analysis result such as the blood vessel wall shear stress and the pressure which have been acquired by the analysis in the data analysis section.
