PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial tideland material and an artificial tideland making method which reduce costs, allow the formation of the stable tideland ground with reduced compaction subsidence in a short period, easily achieve a tideland slope of 1/50 or more, and enables the effective utilization of dredged viscous soil.;SOLUTION: An additive of a dredged viscous soil hardened/granulated material b which is granulated by mixing such a solidifier as cement into dredged viscous soil is mixed into dredged viscous soil a obtained by dredging soil at the bottom of water to make the artificial tideland material d.
