PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety education system and safety education method capable of communicating occurrence situations of an accident effectively.;SOLUTION: The safety education system is provided with: a storage part 15 for storing accident case data that have three-dimensional data 45 of an accident occurrence site where the accident has occurred and accident occurrence situations moving image data 46 and 47 of accident occurrence situations moving images 62 and 63 indicating the occurrence situations of the accident; an input part 22 for inputting viewpoint information for designating a viewpoint; an image data generation part 24 for generating accident occurrence site image data 49 of an accident occurrence site image 61 which looks at the accident occurrence site from the viewpoint on the basis of the viewpoint information and three-dimensional data; and a display part 23 for displaying the accident occurrence site image on the basis of the accident occurrence site image data.
