PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales system of travel commodities introducing a commission system for arousing travel demand, a preferable economic circulation control system, and a commodity sales fee control system (travel demand enlarging control fee system).;SOLUTION: The commission, the preferable economic circulation control fee, and the commodity sales control fee (travel demand enlarging control fee) are accumulated and periodically cash-transferred to each member enterprise. In a management center 7, a travel schedule creation section 25 creates a travel schedule, and a commission calculation section, a preferable economic circulation control fee section, and a commodity sales fee control section (travel demand enlarging fee control section) 27 calculate a commission based on the travel fee, a preferable economic circulation control fee, and a commodity sales control fee (travel demand enlarging control fee), respectively.
