METHOD OF MODIFYING INTO MULTI-DIMENSIONS FROM MEASURED FLOW CYTOMETRY DATA, AND DEDUCED FLOW CYTOMETRY DATA BY FORMING FLOW CYTOMETRY DATA FILE WITH INFINITE NUMBER OF LATENT DIMENSIONS FROM SEPARATE FLOW CYTOMETRY DATA FILE GROUP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating a flow cytometry data files provided with information related with each parameter evaluated by each event, including data files, where the information is measured by the flow cytometry or newly obtained flow cytometry from subsequent estimation value.;SOLUTION: The new file creation method comprises (1) a step having separate data file measured from same specimen with different aliquot, in common with holding data regarding one or more parameters, and fusing the initial data file holding each information; (2) a step for deducing the measurement value of uncertainty, corresponding to the magnitude of the different variables of the files to each event contained in the file fused, without measuring with the cytometry calculator; (3) a step of reconstructing into multi-dimensions to the event of file fused at each beginning, the new file holding both the measurement value of the calculator and the estimation value of the parameter that is not measured in the group of each event in the original file.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
